Kayak and SUP Board Rental

Experience Ilulissat from the surface of the water, close to the ice and at your own pace. On a kayak or SUP-board trip, you glide quietly between the icebergs with stunning views out over Disko Bay.

Here there is only the sound of the paddle in the water and the ice crackling around you. With any luck, you can also spot whales when a deep breath suddenly breaks the silence and the water column rises in the clear Arctic air.

Small groups and tours according to your desires

We go out in small, private groups, which is why we can always customize the trip according to your wishes. Typically we head out towards Disko Bay, further in between the icebergs and then back again.

Security all the way

There is an accompanying boat with you throughout the trip, so you can enjoy the experience with peace of mind, even if you have not tried paddling in Arctic waters before.

Equipment

We provide all the necessary equipment, including a dry suit, a life jacket and a paddle. You will need to bring:

• Warm clothes to wear under the dry suit
• Beanie
• Camera

Attention: It is possible to rent kayaks and SUP boards during the period May 15th to September 15th online. If you want to rent a Kayak or SUP outside this period, please contact us first.
