Cancellation Policy

Once you have completed your purchase or booking, this is binding. It is not possible to undo or change your purchase.

If a trip is cancelled by Immami Takuss ApS due to severe weather, safety risks or extreme ice conditions, the full amount will be refunded if the trip cannot be rebooked to fit into the guests' itinerary.

Cancellation policy for groups (10—30 people)

\ - Up to 56 days (8 weeks) before departure: Free cancellation.

\ - 55 to 28 days (4 weeks) before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.

\ - Less than 28 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

\ - If a trip is cancelled by Immami Takuss ApS due to severe weather, safety risks or extreme ice conditions, the full amount will be refunded if the trip cannot be rebooked to fit into the guests' itinerary.
